Day 1 Phnom Penh – Rattanakiri
After meeting at the hotel transfer to the airport for departure. After arrival in Rattanakiri pick up by our guide and transfer to the hotel for check in. After check in excursion by jeep on a bumpy road to discover the waterfalls in the jungle near Rattanakiri. Visit the impressive Cha Ung waterfall about 8 km northwest of Banlung Town followed by Kachan and Katieng waterfalls. Enjoy riding on an elephant in the jungle around Katieng Village. Later visit the Yeak Lom volcanic lake for swimming or relaxation. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 Rattanakiri – Voeun Sai district
After breakfast departure to Voeun Sai district. After arrival check in at the hotel. Pass across Sesan River by boat and visit the ethnic minority village at Pakalan. After lunch transfer and visit to Kachon village. On the way back to Banlung visit the volcanic rock landscape at Veal Rumplan. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 Rattanakiri – Bor Keo district & Andong Meas
After breakfast transfer along Road No.19 towards the Vietnamese Border. On the way visit the ethnic minority villages Toumpourn and Jarai. Stop at the village of Borkeo for lunch and refreshments. After lunch transfer back to Andong Meas to visit Jarai villages. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.
Day 4 Rattanakiri – Stung Treng
After breakfast in the hotel visit the local market in Banlung town. After shopping transfer to the picturesque capital of Stung Treng Province. The small town of Stung Treng is located on a high sandy bank overlooking the Mekong River. Check in at the hotel and time at your leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5 Stung Treng
After breakfast in the hotel transfer along the mighty Mekong River. If we are lucky we will see Mekong dolphins at Anlong Chheu Teal near the border of Laos.
Lunch at the town of Voeun Kham. Transfer by boat to Stung Treng and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6 Stung Treng – Kratie
After breakfast in the hotel transfer by boat from Stung Treng to Kratie.
Enjoy the beautiful scenery along the Mekong River. After arrival in Kratie transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon sightseeing tour to the ruins of Wat Vihea Kok near Sambo. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7 Kratie – Kompong Cham
After breakfast transfer by boat to the city of Kompong Cham. After arrival check in at the hotel and time at your leisure to explore the peaceful town. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 8 Kompong Cham – Phnom Penh
After breakfast visit the mountains Phnom Pros, Phnom Srey and Pagoda Nokor Bachey. After lunch visit the rubber plantation of Chubb and its production process. In the late afternoon return to Phnom Penh by car and transfer to the hotel.
